Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns
Unfortunately, due to the low-cost nature of our products, once an order has shipped, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. FEBBLE reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time.
My Item Was Lost Or Stolen, May I Get A Refund?
We know things happen. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please inform us to that we are aware, but we strongly recommend for customers to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
